How have tobacco settlement requests worked for your office?

Since September, Medchart has been sending records requests on behalf of tobacco settlement claimants, each with verified patient consent and a secure upload link. You and your team are the ones who process them, so we would like to hear how it has gone.

• Please do not include patient names or any health information.
